This Fighter Friday, we want to share Kennedy's story, a precious little girl whose journey began just a few short weeks ago.

After her family noticed a concerning glare in her eye, they trusted their instincts and sought care.

That decision quickly led to a life-changing diagnosis: Retinoblastoma, Stage E, a rare pediatric eye cancer.

In what has felt like a whirlwind of appointments, referrals, and difficult decisions, Kennedy’s family has navigated an incredibly complex path to find the best care for their daughter. After challenges coordinating treatment closer to home in Arizona, they have made the decision to travel across the country to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Kennedy will be treated by a leading specialist using advanced therapy with the hope of saving her eye.

This journey now requires monthly travel to New York City, relying on organizations like Brave Like McKenna, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Children’s Flight of Hope to help make these trips possible.

While Kennedy’s family continues to walk forward with strength, courage, and hope, the emotional and financial weight of this diagnosis is significant. The stress of treatment, travel, and time away from home is something no family should have to carry alone.

And yet, through it all, they remain hopeful.

Hopeful in the treatment plan.
Hopeful in the care Kennedy is receiving.
Hopeful for healing.
