🥊Fighter Friday: Celebrating the Strength of My’ella

Hello Reader,

This Fighter Friday, we are honored to highlight My’ella- a brave little girl and the firstborn daughter to her loving Mom and Dad.

At just two months old, My’ella was diagnosed with bilateral retinoblastoma, a life-changing diagnosis no family is ever prepared for. Since that moment, her parents have shown incredible strength and dedication- both working full-time in healthcare, one on days and one on nights, so that someone is always home to care for My’ella while ensuring she never misses an appointment or the care she needs.

As they were navigating My’ella’s diagnosis, this family also experienced the devastating loss of their home due to a house fire. Leaning on family and faith, they worked tirelessly to rebuild- and we are so grateful to share that they have recently been able to move into a place of their own.

My’ella’s story is one of resilience, love, and perseverance. Families like hers remind us why this work matters- and why showing up for one another makes all the difference.
